Charmed by art is inspired by the art of culture and history. The main focus of the project was to emphasize the artwork and the furnishings.
In this project, Art becomes an essential element in design. Beautiful materials and heritage craftsmanship unite to create detailed, carved-out solid wood furniture. The use of traditionally printed fabrics makes the space both elegant and interesting. One of the main elements of the space is the art, which harmonizes the space by bringing it all together.
Old original print photographs of historical figures and architecture decorate both the entrance of the house and the living room. The beautifully carved out furniture in the living room, with the distressed finish and the upholstered fabric, brings the space together pleasantly The emphasis of the dining room is the beautiful and intricate art by Rajasekhar Komakula placed next to the dining table, and the contemporary figurative art by Pon Raghunathan and N S Monohar.
The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with the painting of the Grand Canal in Venice. The four-poster bed with sheer curtains adds warmth and drama to the large bedroom. The other two bedrooms are simple yet cultured in the choice of the furniture, curtains and art.
